Aufgaben
- Leitende Zuständigkeit für die Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach IFRS und die Konsolidierung
- Verantwortung für Aufgaben im Bereich der Bilanzierung nach UGB und IFRS.
- Analyse und Bewertung von Unternehmen und Beteiligungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Beteiligungsmanager: innen und externen Expert: innen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Prüfung und Berichterstattung für börsennotierte Unternehmen (Prüfungsausschüsse)
- Führung und Begleitung von Sonderprojekten im Finanz
- und Beteiligungsmanagement.
- Schnittstelle zu Portfoliounternehmen, externen Beraterinnen und Wirtschaftsprüferinnen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling, oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Konsolidierung im Konzernumfeld
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
