**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**:

- 7 years of relevant business experience;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem solving, working across business and IT);
- Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems;
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels;
- Experience in data and process automation; Salesforce administration and design a plus.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Get, analyze, decompose, and fix project requirements;
- Maintain project documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.);
- Synchronize the visions of the project by all participants (both internal and external);
- Analyze the competitors;
- Analyze the project market;
- Work on improvements to current projects and preseale;
- Generate ideas that will increase the business value of the product;
- Communicate with the client and the team;
- Work with client expectations;
- Encourage upsales on current projects;
- Validate and process a presale and participate in closing the deal.
