For this reason, we have set for ourselves a clear goal - to enable adoption of new digital offerings to our clients If you are excited about development and activation of digital retail banking elements and eager to drive business growth you are our wo/man Join us on our mission towards the digital bank with human touch as our new **Digital Banking Leader (f/m/x)**:
- In this role you will shape and drive retail digital transformation strategy as well as provide the technology and capabilities to support business now and in the future. We are seeking an experienced and high-level program manager who is very structured and has a technical background and experience in consulting area. Your agenda will be to define and develop the business target architecture, business model transformation and target operating model with the RBI network banks, including resource management and execution of the retail strategy.
- Further to this you will be responsible for co-creating and aligning business and IT strategy, enabling the transformation process of the retail client segments. Ensuring continuous improvement of operating model and enabling adoption of new digital offerings to clients is also something you may look forward to in your new role which reports directly to the Head of Retail Digital Transformation division.**What else you may expect in this role?**
- Covering portfolio review process
- Preparing, aligning, and steering decommissioning plan & monitoring
- Promoting technical standards as part of t-shaping business strategy
- Execution of impact analysis of building respective products, components and capabilities
**What are we seeking?**
- Strong commercial background and strategic thinking in retail financial service/consulting
- Solid knowledge of digital banking and business transformation, including technology and business model elements
- Customer centric approach and high degree of IT affinity
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Innovative thinking with ability to drive transformation
