Für unsere Sparte Paper, Fiber and Recycling in unserer Abteilung „Air Pollution Control“ am Standort in Raaba sind wir auf der Suche nach **einer/m Terminplaner/in** (m/w/d):
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung und Wartung von Rahmenterminplänen und Detailterminplänen und S-Kurven mit laufender Überprüfung des aktuellen Status von Engineering, Lieferungen, Transport, Montage und Inbetriebnahme
- Verdichtung von Termininformationen für den Projektleiter
- Sofortige Information des Projektleiters bei Erkennen von terminlichen Abweichungen
- Analyse der Auswirkungen von Terminverschiebungen und Erarbeitung von möglichen Alternativlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter
- Erarbeitung des Entwurfes des monatlichen Progress Reports als Vorlage für den Projektleiter
- Laufender Kontakt mit allen Abteilungen und Lieferanten zur Überprüfung und Sicherstellung des geplanten Ablaufes
- Berücksichtigung von Vertragsänderungen und Nachträgen und die daraus resultierenden Folgen im Terminplan
- Materialverfolgung für Rohrleitungen und Druckteile

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI)
- Technische Berufserfahrung in der Terminplanung idealerweise im Anlagenbau
- Baustellenerfahrung wünschenswert
- Analytisches Denken
- Gewissenhaftigkeit
- Proaktiver Zugang zu neuen Aufgabenstellungen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto
€ 3.790,58 /Monat anzuführen.
