OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Financial Business Process Analyst to join our international team.

Collaborating with other accounting departments within the Shared Service Center, system analysts and our IT team, you will be responsible for accounting related projects, assistance on monthly reconciliation processes and improvement of existing processes and accounting templates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze current financial business processes, identify best practices and business improvements
- Participate in accounting projects related to process and system improvements
- Assist in accounting reconciliation processes
- Propose changes to processes, drive automation and efficiency for the tasks assigned
- Support the team leader and the management team with ad-hoc data analysis
- Handling of IT issue related tickets, ensure corrections are applied and provide outcome to the accounting team
- Acting as back up for accountants during leaves or vacation

YOUR PROFILE

Experience and background
- Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in the area of Finance or Statistics
- Strong exposure to Accounting and Finance concepts, combined with an understanding of financial systems/accounting processes to ensure delivery of timely and accurate results
- Knowledge of transactional/payment processes
- Proficiency in working with a large amount of financial data and create useful summaries and visualization
- Preferably experience working in an international environment
- Excellent English language skills
- Excel proficiency, VBA, SQL are a must
