This role will be to support our Onboarding and Training team in bringing new employees into the business and supporting their ongoing development
**Your tasks**:
- Organize, manage and administrate RockIt Academy agendas (organize workshops, sending invites, booking rooms)
- Find and book training rooms, places for summits etc
- Find and book external trainers, being the contact person
- Align with internal travel management
- Administrate the LMS, being the person to go to for our employees if it comes to LMS logins, account setting etc.
- Certificate creation and management
- Managing the external trainers to support with academy
**Who you are**:
- Ideally you have some experience within an administrative role, where you have had to juggle multiple responsibilities
- You have a super strong attention to detail, whist maintaining the ability to work at a fast pace (be fast or be last)
- You are able to communicate effectively in English, German is a plus
- You are professional but friendly and enjoy building relationships with people, all the while acknowledging the importance of confidentiality.
- You are creative and always have the right solution ready for all problems and the skills to implement them operationally
