Die Abteilung Kundenübergreifende Lösungen trägt die inhaltliche und finanzielle Verantwortung für Entwicklung und Betrieb des gesamten Portfolios kundenübergreifender Lösungen im jeweiligen thematischen Fokusbereich von ihrer Entstehung bis hin zum eventuellen Ausscheiden aus dem Markt. Die Teams sind zuständig für die Konzeption und die Umsetzung der Produktstrategie undder Produktentwicklung und erstellen in Abstimmung mit Product Engineering, Product Operations und dem Procurement Business‐Cases, Angebote und Ausschreibungen. Product Manager verantworten die Erfülung der Service Level Agreements, der geplanten Budgets und Business‐Cases, sowie den Produkt Lebenszyklus.
Das Team Infrastructure & Workplace verantwortet die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Collaboration Diensten „as‐a‐Service“ (z.B. Produkte für E‐Mail, Collaboration‐Plattform, Echtzeitkommunikation, Mobile Device Management und andere) sowie Client Design.
Des Weiteren verantwortet das Team die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von „Out‐of‐the‐Shelf“ Infrastruktur‐Lösungen inkl. PaaS, IaaS, Netzwerk, Data‐Centre, Middleware und Datenbanken.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von kundenorientierten Produkten (Roadmap, Releaseplanung, Lifecycle, Produktkalkulation )
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Kostenstellen
- Interner Auftraggeberin / interner Auftraggeber für Produktentwicklungen, Projekte und Betrieb
- Durchführung von Service-Reviews mit internen und externen Kunden, sowie Marktanalysen
- Führung von cross-funktionalen Teams aus Spezialistinnen/Spezialisten unterschiedlicher Bereiche
- Enge abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Businesspartnermanagement und Betrieb

Sie bringen mit
- Abgeschlossene höhere techn. Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI) mit Schwerpunkt IT oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Vertieftes Know-How in den Bereichen Avaya, IP-Telefonie, Callcenterlösungen und ITIL Prozesse
- Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Starke Kunden und Serviceorientierung
- Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung wird ein Jahreszielgehalt ab EUR 73.907;
- brutto all in angeboten. Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung ist abhängig von den fachspezifischen Qualifikationen eine Überzahlung möglich.
