**Your Responsibilities**:
- As a business analyst, you will help our client design its CRM business processes and translate it into user stories to be implemented in Salesforce
- You are one of the client?s main point of contact
- You ensure the consistency of overall designs
- Lead workshops with both business and IT participants across different regions
- Lead a team of business analysts internally
**Your Qualifications**:
- 4-5+ years of experience in consulting and designing business processes around CRM
- Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as a must; Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud as an advantage)
- Experience to work for/in luxury brands
- Experience in international context and as part of global roll out projects
- Experience in agile projects
- Experience in or with the Chinese market is a plus
