For our office in Graz, Austria, we are looking for a **Financial Accountant - Mitarbeiter Finanzbuchhaltung (M/F/d)**:

- Team Finance
- Contract: fulltime, temporary contract
- Location: ADB SAFEGATE Austria GmbH, Herrgottwiesgasse 125, 8020 Graz, Austria

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- As part of the finance crew, you are supporting the financial manager in our Graz office and international finance team
- You are handling the day to day accounting process on your own and support the monthly financial reporting
- As an experienced accountant you handle AR, AP, Bank, travel expenses, as well as calculating accruals and provisions
- You‘re responsible for all monthly submissions to the financial authorities like Umsatzvorsteueranmeldung, ZM and Intrastat
- The proactive involvement in different new or ongoing projects will be additionally part of your daily job.

**Skills Required**:

- Accounting & Finance degree on Matura/Bachelor Level (business school, eg. HAK, HLW or higher)
- Austrian accounting Certificate from WIFI (Bilanz)Buchalter
- 2-5 years of professional experience within finance and accounting in an international environment
- Experienced level in MS Office, especially Excel
- Familiar with Austrian financial accounting standard (UGB), IFRS is an advantage
- In-depth working experience in several of the following financial process domains: accounting, monthly account reconciliations, balance sheet, accounts payable/receivable, travel expenses, reporting
- Strong German and English communication skills, English is our business language

Due to legal reasons in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is min. EUR 3.190;
- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
