For our Fashion team, we are looking for a Fashion Sales Associate (M/F/x). In this position you will have the opportunity to shape the sales strategy and portfolio of circular fashion products by finding and onboarding authentic fashion brands who care about our planet. Accordingly, we are looking for a professional with 3+ years of relevant work experience.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have studied Business, Management, Fashion, Marketing, Communication or another related field
- You have 3+ years of relevant working experience in fashion procurement, sales, business development or key account management
- You have extensive knowledge about social and ecological standards in the fashion industry
- You are a problem solver and a team player
- You work independently and in a structured, responsible way
- You have an outgoing personality and a high level of empathy
- You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference
- You don’t use the term “That doesn’t work”
- You are fluent in English, German proficiency is a plus

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Identify new supplier leads, e.g., sustainable fashion brands, retailers etc.
- Onboard fashion merchants onto our ecommerce platform and build valuable relationships
- Support the Fashion Category Manager in shaping and implementing the sales strategy
- Work closely with other teams, like Merchant Performance and Product Listing

For legal matters we state the minimum wage for this position is 38,000€ gross per year. However, depending on your qualification a higher salary is obviously very likely.
