As a Key Account Manager at bimspot you will analyse data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing the relationship between the business and its clients and for overall customer satisfaction.

Tasks

As Sales Manager at bimspot, you will receive customer leads prepared by the inside Sales Team and carry out the entire sales process. Therefore, You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, support of existing ones and for overall customer satisfaction in the B2B environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in sales with proven sales success
- Extensive experience with Cloud and SaaS platform
- Well-connected Real Estate Industry network in DACH Region
- Experience selling AEC software systems is a plus
- Based in Vienna or Austria
- Perfect knowledge of German and English, any other language is a plus
- A confident appearance combined with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- High level of commitment and innovation
- Excellent team skills
