As part of the expansion of our IT team, we are looking for Enterprise Architecture Manager at various seniority levels.

In this vital role, you will combine various skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology-related opportunities and challenges within Kommunalkredit.

In many activities, the Enterprise Architecture developed by the Enterprise Architect serves as the glue that integrates project and program strategies across multiple initiatives and ensures alignment with business strategies.

**Enterprise Architecture Manager** **(M/F/d)**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and align Kommunalkredit's future Target Architecture with relevant stakeholders, refining the existing Transformation Roadmap.
- Create modeling and graphical representations and abstractions, with actual experience in developing and building models based on the Enterprise Framework.
- Define, implement, and execute processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture.
- Update and maintain key Enterprise Architecture deliverables.
- Promote and communicate the Enterprise Architecture within the information community and business units.
- Conduct ongoing research and assessment of new analytical approaches for potential use within the Enterprise.

**Requirements**:

- You should be open-minded and enjoy working with people in a dynamic environment, taking on responsibility and demonstrating a desire to create solutions.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in technology and/or enterprise architecture within the Financial Services industry.
- Good working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud service providers, as well as core banking systems.
- Certification in Architecture Management and a good understanding of relevant standards, such as TOGAF and BIAN.
- Familiarity with lifecycle processes and technologies.

In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros. Additionally, we offer numerous benefits, including a job ticket, meal vouchers, flexible working hours, and opportunities for further training.
