**Your tasks - Das erwartet Sie bei uns**
- Mitarbeit am Aufbau der internen Operations-Organisation
- Planung und Mitarbeit am Ausbau sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsstandorten
- Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung (hinsichtlich Effizienz und Operational Excellence)
- Definition, Einführung und proaktives Monitoring von Produktivitäts
- und Leistungsindikatoren (Benchmarking)
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften zur Identifizierung, Überprüfung und Kommunikation von Maßnahmen
- Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Kooperationen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe und mit externen Lieferanten

Qualifikationen
**Das sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Studium (FH/ Universität) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder Logistik
- Erste Berufserfahrung in Produktions
- und Fertigungsumfeld, Logistik oder Consulting von Vorteil
- Projektmanagementerfahrung von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Lean Management
- Hohe Affinität zu IT- und Digitalisierungs-Themen
- Umsetzungsstarke und empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter interkultureller Kompetenz
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mit verhandlungssicherem Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
- Reisebereitschaft (30% - 40%)
