And also outside the door with a park and the best cultural entertainment. We like to use this for the evening after work together. Three meeting rooms, a restaurant and a bar - a wide range of possibilities for organising parties and events in the building. You make sure that all event rooms are always sold and every event runs smoothly. For our event team we are looking forward to you as banquet coordinator (M/F/d)

- You’ll take care of the guests at our events - hand in glove with your colleagues and from early till late
- You’ll coordinate your daily schedule independently, even when several events are running all at once
- You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and take care to ensure that it’s all cleared away again afterwards
- You’ll work independently, even when the going is hectic and your feet hurt
- You’ll keep the overall picture in view when every room in the building is booked simultaneously and all the phone lines are red hot
