**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Architecture**

1.1. Collecting and arranging technical data, preparing drawings, plans and documents for diverse global projects, with focus on fit-out projects within existing buildings

1.2. Designing architectural and engineering plans, preparing specifications

1.3. Seeking input, interacting with various field’s professionals

1.4. Monitoring the work of local engineers, providing guidance to general contractor or subcontractors during construction phase, supervising (remotely) workers engaged in executing layout designs

1.5. Networking and consulting with various industry professionals

1.6. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, professional organizations and reading professional publications. Keeping up in the industry in response to new technology

**2. Project Management**

2.1. Managing multiple projects simultaneously

2.2. Preparing projects’ time schedules, budgets and technical documentation

2.3. Supervising bidding process

2.4. Ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met

2.5. Meeting cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions

2.6. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets

2.7. Willingness and capability to travel international to construction sites

**3. Real Estate**

3.1. Interacting with different departments and various field’s professionals

3.2. Preparing documents, reports, presentations and proposals to the CEO

3.3. Participating in developing and maintaining standards and requirements of CornerstoneONE

**ORGANIZATIONAL HIERARCHY**

Line Manager is the CEO

**3. Working place**

You will be fully home office based. You will be integrated into the PSI team locally as a guest and will be able to take part in individual team events, but your tasks, everyday communication and line functions will be those of CornerstoneONE.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**

**1. Education**

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering

**2. Experience**

2.1. Min. 5 years of practice as an architect

2.3. Any Real Estate experience is a plus

**3. Training & Skills**

**1.1. Qualifications**

1.1.1. An all-rounder with experience from concept development through completion and maintenance of existing buildings

1.1.2. Excellent in design, technical drawing and presentation skills

1.1.3. Solid understanding of construction details, including maintenance of existing buildings

1.1.4. Knowledge of building regulations, norms and standards

1.1.5. Excellent in organizational, project management and reporting skills

1.1.6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

1.1.7. Leadership and communication skills

1.1.8. Interpersonal and networking skills

1.1.9. Detail-oriented, analytical and problem solving

**1.2. Software**

1.2.2. Proficient in AutoCAD

1.2.3. Proficient in BIM (Revit)

1.2.4. Proficient in presentation and visual editing programs (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite)

**1.3. Languages**

1.3.1. Fluent in English, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (Advanced Level (C1))

1.3.2. Any other language is welcome

**Personality**

We are looking for an outgoing, curious young colleague. We expect a person with a holistic interest in construction, who is not only enthusiastic about architecture, but also about maintenance, risk management, processes, and finance. We will train our new colleague and provide further practical training where there are gaps in knowledge.
