- As Quality Manager, your main responsibility is to manage and maintain the quality system for the Austrian affiliate.- Your tasks will also be to:
- Manage external relationships with health authorities for quality issues, potential recalls, and complaints
- Coordinate with local Logistics Service Provider regarding product quality, GDP compliance, and repackaging processes
- Oversee product recalls in Austria, managing and coordinating the process
- Prepare and coordinate internal/external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Manage change control, deviations, and related systems, ensuring smooth quality management processes

**Qualifications**
- University degree in natural sciences, quality management, economics or similar
- Several years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and expertise in the area of quality
- Authorisation to carry out audits independently an advantage
- Good IT skills with common experience in MS Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills as well as independent working style
- Fluent in German and English language

**About the department**
- In an agile, international environment, as Quality Manager you will be responsible for high quality medical communication with external stakeholders in the context of the local medical strategy. In this role, you will be an integral part of our passionate Clinical, Medical and Regulatory team at Novo Nordisk's Austrian Affiliate, reporting directly to our Head Quality, Regulatory, Safety.
