The Teamlead Mechanical Project Engineering will focus on the development and management of an internal team within the Engineering group. They will create an inspiring collaborative team environment with an open communication culture, set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and coach/mentor associates to successfully deliver engineering projects. This position will provide leadership and development to our Fortna employees, of varying levels of experience, and focus on the management of the group’s resource planning and project execution across all delivery projects. This role will support promoting and developing the approach and methodologies for the delivery of projects from the initial lead up to the implementation. As a senior management position, the technical function of this position is to be responsible for directing the design and documentation of mechanical project engineering deliverables of Fortna’s Material Handling Systems (MHS).
