**Country Sales Manager VERO** MODA MENA**

Vienna & Dubai

**Responsibilities**:
The goal for this position is the strategic development and expansion of VERO MODA in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region with the following responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of sales strategie
- Budget planning and ongoing KPI monitoring
- Preparation and sale of collections to international key accounts
- Leading your VERO MODA teammate - currently one person
- Support of existing customers & acquisition of new customers
- Budget negotiations with business partners
- Market and competitor analyses as well as the acquisition of new customers
- Regular customer visits and marketing activities to exploit individual potentials
- Exchange with division and product managers in Denmark to achieve defined goals
- Participation in collection meetings in Denmark

**Qualifications**:

- Entrepreneur & hands on mind set with independent, motivated, and reliable way of working
- Leadership experience
- Ability to think and act strategic
- Extraordinary sales talent with several years of experience in the têxtile industry (B2B or Retail)
- Good ability to analyze KPIs and willingness to make decisions
- Customer-focused as well as business-minded manner
- Digital affinity and sense for online sales trends
- Interest for the Middle East culture
- Pro-activity and flexibility (international travel min. 50%)
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other language knowledge an advantage
