Completed commercial training or higher school or training with an project management focus (HTL, HBLA, HAK) or relevant bachelor's degree;Completed project and/or process management courses is an advantage, Legal knowledge advantageous, but not decisive - Business fluent German and English skills (written and spoken) **Company Description**: As Project Manager you will support Red Bull’s legal department and manage, coordinate and implement legal and M&A projects for Red Bull’s Beverage Business. This includes the creation and execution of project work plans and holding regular status meetings with project teams to provide maximum transparency. Creating, maintaining and storing (project) documents as well as monitoring and controlling the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful implementation will also be part of this role. **Project Management with a focus on legal projects** As Project Manager you will support and structure new and existing legal (M&A) projects and coordinate closely with project partners from various internal Red Bull departments (e.g. finance, tax, operations, HR, IT). In this role you will also organise and participate in meetings, follow and improve internal (acquisition) guidelines, draft and distribute minutes of meetings, monitor project costs and ensure up-to-date information of all relevant stakeholders. **Support of Legal Projects & Legal Infrastructure** Actively participate in the development or ongoing enhancement of various systems used by the Legal Department (e.g., electronic work platform, storage platform for contracts as well as contract templates), including testing of new systems and features. Definition and support of workflows (e.g. regarding electronic signature of documents/contracts or the revision of contract templates); Increasing the efficiency of the Legal Department by harmonizing and standardizing various processes in which the Legal Department is involved; Organization of the ongoing Legal-internal "knowledge sharing". **Corporate Housekeeping** Coordination of contracts You will independently be responsible for and implement contract management, the signature process and the preparation of contract summaries. Maintenance of database and filing system Your responsibilities also include entering data into our (legal) database. In addition, you will coordinate and implement the electronic filing of our contracts in our digital file management system. Support in operative legal support You will also be involved in Due Diligence processes, create standard contracts and review and finalize simpler agreements in coordination with our in-house counsels. In addition, you will assist with minor research on national and international legal issues. **Qualifications**: At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of project and process management or project optimization, preferably in an international environment. Strong organizational skills, accuracy as well as ability to think and work in a structured way. High affinity for project and process management and (ideally) legal topics. Service and solution oriented, positive, enthusiastic and confident personality. Reliable team player with a high degree of personal responsibility and motivation. Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint & Excel. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
