Sr Workplace Experience Specialist

**Your role at Dynatrace**:
As part of our global People and Culture team, the Workplace Experience team continues to enhance an unparalleled and best-in-class work environment that drives employee engagement to deliver exceptional business results. As a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist, you'll support our hybrid team with currently 35 colleagues assigned to your office and work closely with the global Workplace Experience team.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the local leadership team to position Dynatrace as an employer of choice and enhance its visibility within the local IT community by organizing various events and occasions such as meetups, University visits and Girls'Day.
- Collaborate closely with your global colleagues on projects to further develop employee satisfaction and drive their evolution.
- Future way of work concept: continuously improving our office space planning, being a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships, and building social engagements.
- Optimize the atmosphere in the office to provide an outstanding experience. Work closely with property management to ensure the work environment meets the highest standards.
- Internal Event Organization tailored to the needs of your office location in cooperation with the Global Workplace Experience team.
- Close cooperation with the Finance team on expenses, localizing new vendors, and preparatory invoicing.
- Provide local office support for visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite facility services quality assurance.

**People & Culture**
- Bring the Dynatrace Culture to your Community and be a true Ambassador for your hybrid Dynatrace community.
- Onboarding of new employees: Do the team Onboarding presentation and an office tour - creating an outstanding first-day experience for new team members
- Promote new global initiatives to the community in cooperation with the Internal Communication Team and establish a single source of truth, Information Hub for all processes.
- Eagerness for process improvement in close cooperation with a dynamic and innovative global People and Culture team for 35+ team members and our local site leaders.

**What will help you succeed**:

- Previous experience in Office Management or a similar position, is highly desirable
- Willingness to take over new responsibilities and improve processes for the better
- Team Player attitude to contribute and drive projects with a get-things-done mentality
- Strong sense of business needs and goals
- Talent for communication, prioritization, and general work organization
- Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking
- Fluent German and English skills are a must-have

**Compensation Data**:

- We offer attractive compensation packages with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €50,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary that is in line with qualifications and experience.
