**Senior Specialist Corporate Controlling (f/m/d)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and provide strategic and business plans (MTP) to management to ensure transparent, timely, and accurate strategy implementation by aligning with corporate goals and market conditions.
- Prepare and deliver operative plans (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, Monthly Estimates) to management to facilitate performance measurement by deploying targets and monitoring financial metrics.
- Support and oversee departmental roadmap implementation to ensure alignment with corporate strategy by managing investment decisions and tracking progress against strategic goals.
- Conduct and present detailed financial analysis to senior management to support decision-making processes by identifying key insights and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial plans with business objectives by acting as a key financial contact and facilitating cross-functional communication.

**Your Profile**:

- Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent education (Controller lnstitute / Controller Academy), with more than 5 years of experience as Controller
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to evaluate complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to effectively lead projects and convey information clearly.
- Expert knowledge in Excel and SAP (FICO, BW, BPC), with good knowledge in IBM TM1, to manage and analyse financial data efficiently.
- Strong understanding of business and technical aspects to align financial planning with organizational goals.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work, ensuring effective problem-solving and initiative-taking.
- Ability to support, influence, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve strategic objectives.
