**Company Description**:
During this internship, you’ll work closely with the Services & Operations team who provides support for the digital infrastructure that powers our website. In your role, you will sit right at the intersection between modern software development and product management and analyze, maintain, and streamline processes that were put in place by our team to support a host of Red Bull departments in using our digital infrastructure. We’re looking for motivated talent with a knack for media & technology to support our team as an Intern for a period of 6 months.

**STREAMLINING SUPPORT PROCESS DOCUMENTATION**

For this part of your responsibilities, you'll first gain a sufficient understanding of how our digital infrastructure operates and how our team supports our internal users in using the different tools & services our website is powered by. You'll review our portfolio of support documentation from a bird's-eye view and identify potential improvements for streamlining our documentation setup.

**ANALYZING SUPPORT DATA**

You'll periodically analyze metrics generated by our support tool and identify trends & patterns in commonly reported problems, assist with identifying potential underlying causes, and collaborate with support management, engineers, and product managers to mitigate the underlying issues.

**IMPROVING SUPPORT OPERATIONS**

Together with support management, you'll coordinate improvements for our support tool and the processes built on top of said tool. By gaining a basic understanding of our daily operations you'll be able to identify potential improvements and assist in coordinating the implementation of said improvements.

Legal Disclaimer

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1,930 gross per month.
