Der Produktmanager ist für das Management eines Portfolios an Produktpartnern, zu denen Fortune Global 500 Unternehmen gehören, verantwortlich. Zu den Hauptaufgaben zählen die Kommunikation mit Produktpartnern und Händlern, Produkteinführungen, Produktakquisitionen sowie bereits bestehenden Einzelhandelspartnern im deutschsprachigen Raum und in Europa neue Technologielösungen bereitzustellen. Außerdem ist der Produktmanager für das Monitoring und die Erreichung der festgelegten Ziele, KPIs und der Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnung verantwortlich. Für diese Tätigkeiten ist die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, dem gesamten DACH-Team sowie eigenständige Prozessabwicklung vorgesehen. Der Produktmanager ist ebenfalls dafür verantwortlich, für neue Möglichkeiten im Hinblick auf Händlerkontakte, Produkte und Partnerschaften in Großbritannien und Europa zu sorgen, wirtschaftlich ausgerichtete Angebote zu erstellen, hochrangigen Führungskräften Pitch-Präsentationen bereitzustellen und RFP/RFI-Einreichungen abzuwickeln.

**Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über mindestens 2 Jahre B2B-Kundenerfahrung. Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Grundlagen im Einzelhandelsgeschäft, im Bereich FMCG oder im Prepaid-Bereich. Wir suchen Kandidaten, die äußerst analytische Vorgehensweisen anwenden, fähig sind, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig abzuwickeln, Interesse an innovativen Geschäftsstrategien haben und eine Reisebereitschaft mitbringen.**

The DACH Product Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of product accounts. The Product Manager will be responsible for each of the account’s P&L and achieving targets set for sales, profit, margin, mix, product launches as well as all new merchant and product acquisitions and delivering new technology solutions to existing retail partners in the DACH region and Europe.

The Product Manager will be expected to closely manage the accounts day to day requirements and build strong multi layered relationships, both internally and externally whilst gaining complete understanding of the partners’ goals, objectives, internal processes and business ethics.

Implementing marketing, promotional and category plans for each account to ensure delivery against product, category, marketing and revenue targets is paramount.

As well as ensuring existing retailers are managed to an exceptional level and maximising revenues from existing channels, the Product Manager will also be responsible for delivering new merchant, product & partnership opportunities in the UK & Europe, building commercially focused proposals, delivering pitch presentations to high level executives, managing RFP/RFI submissions.

- Verwalten und Überprüfen der GuVs bestehender Accounts und Entwickeln von Plänen zur Verbesserung der Rentabilität
- Proaktives Erschließen potenzieller neuer Produktpartner im Einklang mit der Gesamtstrategie des Unternehmens und Aufbauen einer neuen Business-Pipeline
- Ausarbeiten von kommerziellen Modellen für jede vorgeschlagene Partnerschaft
- Arbeiten mit diversen Projektmanagementsystemen, auch zur Umsetzung von technischen Integrationsprojekten.
- Regelmäßige und rechtzeitige Berichterstattung und Überprüfung von Konten, Produkten und neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Arbeiten Sie mit dem International Marketing Director zusammen, um effektive Werbeaktionen im Kanal zu erstellen und entsprechend zu bewerten
- Befolgen Sie technische Prozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte und Produkte rechtzeitig eingeführt werden
