For our department Quality Management with location in Kroellendorf (Allhartsberg, Lower Austria), we are looking for a motivated personality to join us as full-time or part-time employee as:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support of the Director of Quality Management
- Preparing & providing product-relevant data in cooperation with other departments
- Editing and filling in questionnaires as well as creating statements for internal and external customers
- Complaint management
- Preparatory activities for the organization of audits and external visits
- Travel management for diverse departments (e.g. documenting business trips in the payroll system; entering travel expenses; etc.)
- Administrative tasks such as preparation of meeting protocols and document storage

**Profile**:

- Completed commercial school (e.g. HAK, HLW etc.) _or_ completed commercial apprenticeship with first professional experience
- Hands-on mentality
- Structured and precise way of working
- Organizational talent
- Profound German and English skills, verbal and written
- Good knowledge in MS Office and SAP are an asset

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 26.126,66 gross per year. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
