Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

Leitung von Insourcing
- und Outsourcing-Projekten im Bereich Pharmaproduktion
- Vertretung von Richter Pharma als Contract Manufacturing Auftraggeber oder Auftragnehmer in den bestehenden Lohnherstellungsaufträgen
- Standardisierung der Prozesse für In
- und Outsourcing
- Organisation und Nachverfolgung von regelmäßigen Meetings mit internen Schnittstellen zum Thema Contract Manufacturing
- Organisation und Nachverfolgung von regelmäßigen Meetings zu externen Lohnherstellungspartnern
- Identifizieren von geeigneten Lohnherstellern und Etablierung der vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Voraussetzungen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium/FH oder HTL im Bereich für Chemie, Biochemie, Pharmazie, Biotechnologie, Anlagentechnik bzw. mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Betrieb der Pharma-, Lebensmittelbranche oder chemischen Industrie
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Projektmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Bereich Contract Manufacturing von Vorteil
- Gewinnbringende, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneter Durchsetzungsstärke
- Ausgeprägte Empathie und Motivationsfähigkeit
- Selbstorganisation, genaue strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Eigenverantwortung
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten

- brutto beträgt. Das tatsächliche Monatsgehalt richtet sich selbstverständlich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung und wir legen dieses gemeinsam mit Ihnen fest.
