Your dream job on the XC World Cup awaits We are looking for our next X**C World Cup Technician W/M for Salomon’s Nordic Racing Team**

**Location**: Altenmarkt Im Pongau, Austria
**Reports To**: International Racing Manager, based in Annecy, France

**Your Expedition Awaits**:
In this role, you'll support world-class athletes, represent Salomon at international events, and help discover the next generation of Nordic talents.

**Your Responsabilities**:

- ** Interpret Athlete's Technical Needs**: Understand what our athletes need to excel.
- ** Prepare Equipment**: Get our athletes' gear ready for action. ️
- ** Be Present at Events**: Offer on-site technical support.
- ** Liaise with Product Managers**: Keep the team informed with feedback from the field.
- ** Innovation's Advocate**: Collaborate on the testing and development of new products.
- ** Community Building**: Foster strong relationships within the racing community.
- ** Quality Control**: Ensure all racing productions meet our standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required Experience**:

- 2-3 years of professional work experience High-level experience in Nordic sports.- ** Languages Skills**:

- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- ** Transversal Skills**:

- Results-focused and customer-service oriented. Team player with a positive approach to change.**Additional Information**:
