Your territory

**As part of our Design team, you will**:
Bring narratives to life through expert editing and motion design for various projects, spanning campaign videos, product showcases, social content, and branded masterpieces for both external and internal use
Infuse your creative vision into the editing process, adding your own touch to create visually stunning compositions
Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze video content performance, experimenting with data-driven solutions to drive business goals, particularly conversion and brand awareness
Incorporate feedback and perpetually collaborate in a high-velocity production setting. Oversee and catalog content and assets meticulously
Safeguard our brand standards while identifying chances to enhance our content in line with our strategic objectives
Utilize automation tools to create multiple versions and durations of video content, tailoring it for different platforms and markets
Occasionally take the lead in directing and assisting in photoshoots, fostering collaboration with in-house photographers or external agencies
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

**Profile**:
**Key requirements**:
A minimum of 5 years of professional video editing/motion design experience
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion design, animation, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video editing and motion graphics
Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software. Familiarity with 3D software is an advantage, though not a necessity.
Exceptional skills in motion typography.
A stellar communicator, adept at receiving and interpreting feedback while meeting tight deadlines
Familiarity with the ins and outs of video production and post-production
Excellent written and spoken English skills
