As a Scrum Master (f/m/x), you will coach and support our agile teams in the development of complex, high quality software solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- You accompany the agile process and are responsible for its implementation and further development.
- You promote collaboration and transparency within the team.
- You promote the independent work of the teams.
- As a moderator of Scrum events, you ensure that every team member is heard and identify potential conflicts.

**Requirements**:

- Completed education (HTL/FH/TU) with focus on software development as well as professional experience as Scrum Master.
- Communicative personality as well as enjoyment of challenging projects
- Agile mindset and knowledge of agile methods and project management tools
- Experience in coordinating multiple agile teams is an advantage
- Good command of English

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications._
