**Project Overview**:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

**Position Overview**:
The Craft Supervisor - Concrete responsible for supervising and directing operations within the Concrete/Civil discipline. Supervises and directs Carpenters, Steel-fixers, Concrete craft professional, and others, as assigned to undertake work scope. Ensures assigned construction performance is following specifications and within schedules and budgets.

**Position Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervises and directs craft professionals in construction activities within assigned area.
- Perform employee reviews and identify training and development opportunities for Concrete/civil personnel.
- Input craft professional time records using established automated tools.
- Completing performance evaluations on direct reports.
- Monitor the activities of craft professionals to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
- Formwork, Steel-fixing and Concrete alignment ensuring schedule progress is met.
- Interfacing and coordinating with other site construction disciplines to ensure planning of Concrete/civil installation meet construction requirements as necessary.
- Preparing material requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.
- Working knowledge of Formwork systems.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Reinforcement/Rebar Schedules/Drawings.
- Working knowledge of Concrete properties/specifications including curing methods
- Plan the manpower and equipment required to execute the job.
- Input into preparing schedules and providing input to quantity tracking.
- Liaising with Field Engineers.
- Ensuring the most current design documents are utilized for all concrete structures.
- Inspection of all materials to ensure compliance to specification requirements.
- Perform other duties as required by Bechtel management.
- Implementation of ZERO Accident Philosophy. Ensure that Bechtel and local/national safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility.
- Coordinate safety training and always enforce safe work practices in conjunction with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
- Ensure construction site cleanliness and housekeeping requirements are met.
- Performing work in Greenfield / Brownfield area, requires liaison with operations to perform concrete scope as well as assist with the organization of permits to perform tasks

**Basic Qualifications**
- 15+ years relevant field experience
- Knowledge of EPCM contract Management, and the Contractor(s) and their subcontractor’s (if applicable) responsibilities. Knowledge of construction technologies. Knowledge of supervisory functions relating to field activities. Familiarity with current industry quality standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H). Demonstrable commitment to a Zero Accident safety program.
- Strong technical knowledge of Formwork systems, Reinforcement and Concrete Structures/Installation.
