MZB Services is a dynamic and entrepreneurial food & beverage team with two main offices - an R&D centre in Brasov, Romania and a Competence Centre in Vienna, where this role will be based. The employment will be by the Austrian company.
The business was founded to support the innovation and growth of the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, a pioneering Italian multinational responsible for dozens of world-famous food and beverage brands from Segafredo to Brodies, Puccino’s, Kauai and beyond.

We’re growing fast and as part of our expansion we’re looking for a qualified sales support specialist to join our team. You will serve as a point of contact for our internal sales activities, provide support for our ‘on the ground’ sales representatives and take care of all the contract and other customer related activities.
**Responsibilities**:
Your role will be to support high quality customer service and help our teams to achieve sales targets. You should be goal-oriented, communicate openly and have a problem solving spirit. To give you an idea of what will be expected a base level, you will need to:
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Suggest sales process improvements
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Manage the wholesale platform data and customer orders
- Support the COO in the company administration
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Record and analyse sales trends
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

**Requirements**:
- High-school diploma and a bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of proven work experience in a customer support, sales or executive assistant environment
- German and English - fluent in speech and writing, plus understanding of contracts / legal documents
- Fluency in other languages, especially Italian, French and/or Hungarian, would be helpful
- Proficiency with Office 365 Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills

Compensation starts at a minimum of EUR 2,300 (higher bands available, depending on experience).
