In the capacity of a Senior Project Manager, you are tasked with overseeing, facilitating, and spearheading the execution of cross-functional projects and programs within the Red Bull Media Landscape. Functioning as a collaborative partner for all stakeholders, you strive to deliver optimal transparency in digital projects. Your role involves structuring, supporting, and organizing projects, acting as a facilitator to bridge gaps and guaranteeing timely market delivery and amplification.

**Project Management**

As an experienced Project Manager overseeing Global Media Services and the Red Bull Media Network, your role includes meticulous management, coordination, and implementation of cross-functional projects. You develop and adjust project plans to align with objectives, lead cross-functional teams, identify resources, and ensure seamless execution of tasks through regular status meetings. Beyond project-specific duties, you play a crucial role in optimizing processes across departments, fostering collaboration with the Program Management Office (PMO) team to ensure synergy with broader organizational strategies.

**Analysis**

As a member of our team, you will meticulously analyse requirements before and during ongoing projects and programs. Furthermore, you will actively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute constructive suggestions for positive change.

Another focal point of your role will be conducting analyses and assessments of organizational needs. You will delve into the current operating model, delineating areas for potential enhancement. Your skills and expertise will be crucial in ensuring an efficient and optimized workflow. **Process Management**

This role encompasses various aspects, including process design, implementation, monitoring, control, improvement, collaboration, automation, adaptability to change, and a strong customer-centric focus.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that business processes are not only effectively designed and implemented, but also continuously monitored and improved upon. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, automate processes where applicable, and maintain a keen focus on customer satisfaction will be integral to the success of our operations.

**Sparring Partner**

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, fostering an environment of effective communication and cooperation.

Your expertise will be crucial as you advise stakeholders on structural, cross-functional, and strategic matters. By offering valuable insights and guidance, you will contribute to informed decision-making processes within the organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in setting and managing stakeholders' expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

**Stakeholder Managament**

In this position, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity and facilitating prioritization within the organization.

Your ability to establish collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations will be key to the success of this role. By fostering open lines of communication and providing transparent updates, you will contribute to a cohesive and informed working environment.

**Qualifications**:
Proven track record of successfully delivering multinational projects and programs.

Over 3 years of experience in an equivalent function or position.

Demonstrates adeptness in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Exhibits strong organizational and analytical skills.

Works autonomously with mínimal supervision.

Capable of understanding projects and translating them into tasks and dependencies.

Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to prioritize and adapt during the project lifecycle.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
