You are a customer connecter, project manager, and passionate about training & education. As the **Principal Education Specialist **for **Patient Monitoring & Respiratory Interventions **, you will shape and execute our medical education strategy for Western Europe. An integral member of PM&RI Marketing, you will work across the organization to prioritize needs, develop learning pathways, and implement in-person and virtual education offerings.

In PM&RI, we deliver solutions for critical care areas (OR and ICU) to avoid perioperative complications and respiratory compromise. In the future, we will use real-time data and artificial intelligence to support our patients from hospital to home. In this important role, you will ensure hospitals have the education they need to safely monitor & treat patients across the continuum of care.

**A Day in the Life**
- Partner with the marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams to identify & prioritize needs for education to increase awareness & effective use of PM&RI solutions
- Lead the development and execution of European medical education programs in partnership with global education leaders and local functional partners
- Manage the promotion and execution of in-person education events, along with virtual and hybrid events for anesthetists, ICU, NICU and other priority customers
- Partner with marketing & medical affairs to develop and monitor key opinion leader engagement plan to advance regional peer-to-peer education
- In partnership with the country marketing team, develop, and maintain a systematic approach to customer education (creating efficiency and consistency across programs)
- Collaborate with internal functional partners (event management and learning & innovation MEDLI team) & external education providers:

- To deliver blended education formats, leveraging our digital education platforms
- To measure impact of training programs through adoption and other metrics
- To develop a follow-up program via lead generation in partnership with the integrated marketing team

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years successful and relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry; or Master’s degree and minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience
- At least 3 years’ experience developing and deploying medical education programs
- Experience in KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management
- A collaborator - willingness and passion to partner with multiple stakeholders to achieve goals
- Entrepreneur attitude to demonstrate, convince and create innovative training ideas for the region
- Fluent English language knowledge; any other European language a plus

**Nice to Haves**
- A background in acute patient monitoring & respiratory market a plus, working with large OEMs (i.e. GE, Philips)
- Experience in project management, and multiple stakeholder engagement
- Strong training and presentation skills

Remote in Europe

Willingness to travel 40% of the time
