Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager (M/F/d)

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all processes and products in our Production Unit comply with the DSM-Firmenich standards and with customer and regulatory requirements.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Support, develop and implement appropriate training concepts in order to ensure all employees of the site follow the implemented standards and legal requirements
- Support the implementation and further development of the quality (according to ISO 9001:2015)and environmental (according to ISO 14001:2015) management systems to meet the business objectives within Romer Labs and to ensure that the standards and legal requirements are complied with in order to reduce risks to the business
- Accompany external audits and inspections in order to guide the audit process, to support colleagues during audit and to keep the possible negative impacts on the company at the lowest possible level
- Trace and assist with structured handling of non-conformities including corrective and preventative actions (working with the A.C.T.I.O.N.S data base or its future successor tool) to avoid repetition and to provide an overview of possible improvements to the processes
- Perform internal audits (if qualified) in order to detect non-conformities and (together with the responsible colleagues) arrange corrective and preventive measures
- Ensure ROMER products are classified correctly according to CLP (EU regulation for chemical labelling and packaging) to ensure legal compliance in distribution and safe handling at the customer site and Safety Data Sheets are created in order to be legally compliant

**You bring**
- University degree in Natural or Chemical Science (BSc, MSc) or at least 3 years’ experience in comparable quality roles
- independently and accurate working style
- English in full proficiency and German on a B2 level
- Ability to work in a team
