**Motion Designer/Videographer (f/m/x)**:

- We are seeking a motion designer/videographer to join the Brand and Content Marketing team. The main responsibilities are to work on motion graphics solutions and on video and photo shootings, video cutting, video and photo edit and color grading.**What you can expect**:

- You will articulate the creative vision for the brand across all markets and support content creation for a variety of channels shaping the future of the RBI brand.
- You will develop video content part of campaigns, branded content, and trainings in accordance with our brand identity.
- You will work on all steps of video creation (shoot, cut, color grading, edit, etc.), and all steps of motion graphics (design and prepare graphic elements, animate, edit, etc.) for both internal and external communications in a variety of channels.
- You will develop animated digital banners.
- You will support bringing our digital communication to a next level of modernity through motion graphics and relevant storytelling.
- You will have the opportunity to help shape the future of content creation in RBI.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders within the RBI Group (Head Office in Vienna and Network Banks across 13 CEE Countries).
- You will join our cross-functional and multicultural team.
- You will ensure creative quality from start to finish.
- You will manage external creative providers.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You have at least 3 years of experience with creation and implementation of motion graphics, as well as being responsible for video shoots, cut and edit/color grading, as well as photo shoots and edit, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- You have motion graphics and animation expertise.
- You can fluently use all Adobe CC Software related to motion graphics, video cutting, editing, as well as photo editing tools.
- You can fluently use content from stock footage platforms and music/sound libraries to implement in videos.
- You strive for creative excellence and empower others to do the same.
- You have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- Proven capability to work in an agile, cross-functional and international environment.
- Completed higher education on at least Bachelor level
