**This position reports to**:
Leiter Fertigungssteuerung

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Planning, controlling and monitoring manufacturing and production orders to ensure an efficient production process. - Proactively eliminating delivery bottlenecks and clarifying differences to maintain production continuity. - Identifying and managing capacity bottlenecks and optimizing production schedules, taking into account material availability and capacity. - Close cooperation and coordination with other departments to ensure a smooth production process. - Implementation and monitoring of measures to safeguard production both internally and at the end customer. - Evaluating and analyzing KPIs and monitoring compliance with specified key figures. - Active participation in projects for new product launches to continuously improve production processes.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Completed commercial or technical training.
- Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge of production planning and control.
- In-depth understanding of production processes and their optimization.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Confident handling of SAP PP/MM and MES systems.
- Precise and independent way of working.
- High level of flexibility, ability to work in a team, commitment and ability to work under pressure.
