Was Dich erwartet
- Proaktive Mitarbeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung strategischer und innovativer Projekte, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CEO & Co-Founder
- Unterstützung des Management Teams im konzeptionellen, strategischen, sowie operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung des CEO in Bezug auf Investor Relations zur Sicherstellung einer effektiven Kommunikation
- Professionelle Vertretung unseres CEO & Co-Founders bei internen sowie externen Terminen bzw. in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Recherche und Aufbereitung von Materialien, Präsentationsunterlagen sowie Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung von Terminen des C-Level-Teams
- Mitarbeit an diversen abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten, sowie Leitung eigener Projekte

Was wir von Dir erwarten
- Erfolgreicher Universitätsabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Entrepreneurship, Applied Management oder ähnliches
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder Unternehmensberatung bevorzugt in einem innovativen und dynamischen Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung sowie Analyse
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Umsetzungsstärke und vorausschauendes Handeln
- Exzellente MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
