Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices, and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and large corporations globally. With 100 employees and offices in Amsterdam, Zürich, Vienna, and Munich, Yokoy already operates globally and has big ambitions to expand within Europe and intercontinentally

In order to achieve these high ambitions and continue scaling our company, we are currently growing our strong team of analytical, curious, creative, and experienced marketers. A crucial role in scaling our content strategy successfully across countries will play the new SEO Specialist.

Tasks
- Lead technical SEO optimization
- Define, track and report on SEO KPIs
- Develop and own the SEO strategy for our channels and regions
- Define long term SEO and content strategy together with stakeholders like content creators, product marketing, and regions
- Analysis such as keyword/trend researches, performance, web analytics
- On-going on
- and off-page optimizations
- Competitor tracking and gap analysis
- Be the main point of contact and thought leader across all product teams for SEO best practices and implementations. Upskill & train the internal marketing team

**Requirements**:

- At least 3+ years of professional experience in SEO with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies (with + ROI mindset) that significantly improved organic traffic
- You possess a strong understanding of user analytics, SEO, and organic search on an enterprise-level
- Be able to be hands-on but also leverage external agencies and freelancers and work strategically
- Experience with international, multilingual websites with global & local aspects
- Knowledge of XML, CSS, HTML, and javascript is a plus
- You have an obsession with hitting KPIs
- A no-job-is-too-difficult-or-too-small-attitude
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
