Virtual Sales

This sales management role is at the core strategy of NXP to grow its reach to customer via online channels with its distribution partners. It will carry specific goals in achieving results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of Virtual Sales & Application Engineers with a central team of 5 and extended regional team 20.
- Responsible for the design, deployment and execution of worldwide virtual sales model working with regional teams
- Align on platform, objectives and targets worldwide
- Work with the NXP marcom team for enhanced lead qualifications and management
- Focused on pre-sales and project identification in a virtual selling environment across the Automotive, Industrial, IoT, and Comms Infrastructure verticals
- Together with the Distribution strategy and the regional selling teams, develop strategic demand creation initiatives to increase new customer count with close collaboration among NXP distribution and partners
- Propose and manage NXP solutions that can be proactively shared and promoted with an account based marketing approach
- Prepare, manage and distribute content to NXP’s partners based on demand creation priorities. Solutions should be aligned with the different regional teams and distributors.
- Actively involved in budget planning and spending of Marcom dollars, directly ties to go-to-market needs and goals
- Provides and maintains up to date information to the field team on new customer activity, lead generation efforts, and demand creation priorities in the virtual world.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master/Phd Degree in electrical, computer engineering or similar
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in the semiconductor industry, technology and/or other electronics products rrelated professional experience
- Experience leading virtual selling programs, business development activities, and demand creation for mass market customers across multiple industries
- Comfortable with creating a new approach to sales and managing ambiguity in the early stage of the role
- Experience in managing teams, managing training/development programs, and excellent coaching and performance management skills.
