Post-integration Management Expert

**About the job**

Are you passionate about driving growth and overseeing transformations? Do you have deep financial expertise, ideally complemented by insights into the refractory industry? As a member of our Post-Acquisition Integration team, you will use all this to ensure a seamless integration process of newly acquired companies from M&A to full integration into RHI Magnesita. Working together with senior experts from all functions, you will monitor business performance of integrations, analyze further synergy potential, and manage integration risks. Your responsibilities will also include preparing reports on integration process and performance vis-à-vis business plan as well as presenting them to senior leadership. You will travel internationally approximately 30-40% of your working time.

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Developing and implementing integration strategies post-acquisition
- Overseeing business performance of the integration portfolio
- Improving existing integration process & financial tracking of acquisitions
- Building foundation for common success by establishing relationships with new colleagues

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Extraordinary financial & analytical skills

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German, Mandarin or any other language will be considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- A few years of relevant working experience in transactional services (e.g. in a consulting role)
- Working experience within the refractory industry or related industrial areas is an advantage

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 75.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values. This position is also open to more intermediate profiles.
