Join our team now in the Siemens Mobility GmbH as **Senior Compliance Expert / Regional Compliance Officer** **(M/F/d)** for the organizational unit of Compliance Hub Europe/CIS located in Vienna.

**Tasks**
- In your new role as Senior Compliance Expert / Regional Compliance Officer you are ensuring the implementation of guidelines and regulations and execution of the operational Compliance Processes as well as Compliance controls for the assigned countries.
- You are responsible for the implementation, performance checks and controlling of the related tools and processes of the Mobility Business.
- In your area of responsibility are tasks like handling of Compliance Cases, implementation of Remediation Measures, Anti Money Laundering. Compliance process activities within projects business like Business Partner Due Diligence, LoA support; Compliance related Reporting as well as ensuring Compliance to Human Rights Regulation.
- In your role as Senior Expert for knowledge areas of Compliance you are organizing and performing trainings to staff members and business partners in the assigned countries / regional area of responsibility.
- Based on your experience and engagement to Compliance you contribute to our continuous improvement of Compliance systems & processes. We focus on risk identification and avoidance and encourage on a permanent improvement of our processes to avoid and reduce risks as well as to keep the administrative burden on the operative units to a necessary minimum.
- You as Senior Expert for Compliance act as a consultant for the regional management in questions related to Compliance, Data Protection and Export Control.
- You will support Siemens Mobility business groups with their respective Data Privacy and Compliance through close collaboration and by offering comprehensive guidance.
- You will create and optimize for the defined business entities Data Privacy guidance, provide working instructions, and impact analyses.
- Based on your DP-training you will assist with the evaluation and review of third-party vendors as related to Compliance risks such as Data Privacy violations on behalf of the organization.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of Data Privacy impact analyses and monitoring activities.
- Supporting Compliance investigations and audits of local clarification mandates.

**Skills**
- Academic degree in law, business economics or appropriate field.
- You have at least five years of experience in international business, preferably in project business - in roles related to compliance, legal, technical or business administration in area of PM.
- Experience in risk assessment and operational approach to risk mitigation.
- You demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of legal, regulatory and political environments in the infrastructure business.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment, including UK Bribery Act, FCPA, fraud and abuse statues, anti-money laundering laws, data protection and privacy laws applicable to Mobility business.
- Good knowledge of & training in EU GDPR and experience in providing advise & training.
- Proven ability to independently lead and execute all facets of challenging multidisciplinary engagements with highest integrity and ethics
- Demonstrated skill in working collaboratively with multiple teams simultaneously and coordinating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-cultural transaction partners
- Excellent and detailed research and analytical skills (needed for preventive risk management, case management, due diligences)
- Ability to set up a cross country working structure to assure Mobility Compliance in all European legal entities
- Strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe.
- Very good command of English and German - Slavic language would be a great advantage.

The gross annual payment for this job vacancy is at least EUR 53.950,00 (full-time). Siemens as an international company offers additional social benefits.
