As a Saturday Team Leader, your mission is to support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience and to maximize opportunities on this most important day of the week. You will be a key support to the management team regarding floor management and hosting clients, and you will proactive drive the business with your strong ownership and ability to balance a very fast pace with luxury service. As an ambassador of the brand, you will represent our values and attitudes towards clients and team members, leading by example always.

Thanks to your curious nature and interest in continuous learning, you will proactively keep yourself updated about new developments in the store, using tools provided by LV, so you can competently support the team and clients.

**Floor management and hosting**
- Ensure the floor management system is followed by all team members and facilitate the best possible client experience
- Alternating with other Managers, Senior Client Advisors and Team Leaders, you will cover various roles across the entire store and all product universes; these can be either more operational (eg. floor manager) or client-focused (eg. host) and are designed to facilitate the client experience and a smooth running of the store
- Be a visible, strong presence on the floor with the ability to spot clients and assist client advisors in their experience to ensure LV standards are met
- As a floor manager, you will assist with operational tasks such as returns, exchanges, complaints, complex product or service inquiries, management of breaks and duties, always with a view of client experience and cover
- As a host, you will welcome clients and manage waiting time efficiently, even in high traffic moments, thanks to strong, client-facing skills as well as your ability to perform under pressure
- You will be responsible to ensure floor standards (including visual merchandising) are maintained through the end of the day
- Exemplary personal service and grooming standards

**Develop long-term client relationships with Saturday clientele**
- Over time, you will establish strong relationships with our loyal clients who regularly come to visit on Saturdays, leveraging internal tools to develop existing and new clients
- Proactively support managers in establishing a client-centric mindset within the team

**Animate the Saturday Team**
- Support the managers in animating a 1 hour weekly briefing specific to the Saturday workforce to develop their knowledge and selling skills
- Observe, coach and train the team on the floor while supporting the onboarding of newcomers
- Provide regular feedback to the management team about the performance of their direct reports

**Additional**
- Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and adhered to by all team members
- You may be entrusted to support with the opening as well as the end of day store closing and banking procedures
