**Your role at RBI**:

- Act as a contact person and expert for accounting methods in the RBI Group
- Deal with current special accounting issues (e.g. accounting treatment in projects, ad-hoc enquiries, accounting for new products, etc.) and support the preparation of the corresponding management reporting
- Lead discussions with group auditors, supervisory authorities, the Accounting Review Board and other IFRS experts
- Carry out research in literature and publications on IFRS topics and bring relevant findings into implementation by supporting implementation initiatives
- Communicate IFRS-based requirements to group members for training and explanatory purposes and act as a central support unit for accounting-related issues
- Represent RBI as a participant local and international IFRS advisory bodies, if required

***Your core competencies**:

- University degree in economics with a focus on accounting and taxation and/or finance and accounting (or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting from financial services, auditing, internal auditing or comparable, ideally with a focus on banking
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles in Austria with a predominant focus on IFRS
- The ability to write presentations & statements in a precise and well-founded manner and to document them coherently
- Understanding of different perspectives and interests of stakeholders inside and outside the company, as well as professional cooperation with, among others, senior management, auditors, internal audit bodies, supervisory authorities, etc.
- Excellent command of English; German and other languages are an advantage
