As a project management assistant, you will support the project management team in the implementation of software development projects.

For this position, a minimum collective wage of Euro 2.711 gross per month applies. A market-compliant overpayment, depending on your experience and qualifications, is offered.

**Your tasks**:

- Support of the project manager in the implementation of software development projects - from order placement to order processing and its communication to invoicing.
- Independent capacity and resource planning in cooperation with implementation partners (internal/external)
- Controlling of project progress and budget
- Coordination, preparation and follow-up of deadlines and committees (internal/external)
- Collaboration in the implementation and enhancement of project management standards and tools.

**Your profile**:

- Practical experience in Project Management
- Project management certification is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Know-How in at least one of the most common SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) is a big advantage.
- Confident and customer-oriented appearance and good presentation skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills for reporting and presentations.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence advantageous
