You will play a key role in developing our digital wallets consumer strategy & proposition. You will lead projects to answer large strategic analytical questions and will be empowered to drive priorities across the business and ensure opportunities are capitalised on.
Working alongside the wider Customer Insights team, including analysts embedded in cross-functional teams throughout the consumer lifecycle, you will help bring everything together and understand customer needs and opportunities at a high level.
You will work on generating insights and making recommendations on questions such as what the possibilities for cross-selling products to customers are, what our market strategy should be, how we reduce churn of high value users. Your role in these projects will be a mixture of combining contributions from other team members as well as performing analysis yourself.
You will work with key stakeholders including the SVP Consumer Lifecycle, SVP Marketing, as well as the wider product, marketing, and strategy areas.
**What would be your major responsibilities?**
- Analyse strategic opportunities for the business & make clear recommendations on how to capitalise on them
- Drive the product and marketing strategy for the customer lifecycle
- Empower the business to use data to make better & more informed decisions
- Connect with team members to understand the entire customer lifecycle & leverage their expertise on specific parts of it
- Lead large analytical projects that span the customer lifecycle and coordinate support from team members to achieve actionable outcomes
- Tell stories with data to convince stakeholders of the best course of action based on the insights you discover
- Analyse KPIs across the customer lifecycle & understand the levers to drive them
- Stay up to date with business priorities & proactively identify strategic questions to analyse
- Connect commercial & customer perspectives to ensure we find the right balance between revenue generation & customer satisfaction
- Understand external drivers that impact internal trends & be the owner of the narrative behind our core lifestage metrics
**Is this you?**
- Degree in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics or computer science
- 4+ years of relevant experience in data analysis
- Strong data interpretation skills & ability to breakdown and solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills & ability to turn data insights into an actionable strategy
- Ability to build relationships & connect technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactivity in identifying opportunities and partnering with business stakeholders to drive solutions
- Ability to project manage larger analytical projects and ensure delivery to a good time schedule
- Good SQL skills + BI tool experience (e.g. Tableau or similar)
- Previous experience working within payments or gambling/financial trading verticals is desirable but not a requirement
- ** Full working proficiency in English**; **German / Spanish** is a plus
