**Finance Coordinator - part time (M/F/d)**:

**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:

- Coordination, organization and supervision of internal processes (such as purchasing processes, travel management incl. invoicing, business facilitation of direct reports/VPs) and Lenzing Group guidelines
- Preparation of controlling-related decision and discussion documents
- Preparation of regular cross-departmental workshops and related follow-up activities
- Coordination of training activities within the corporate controlling team
- Various operational tasks within the controlling area with regards to cost center administration and the SAP system

**Our expectations for this exciting role**:

- Completed higher education (A-levels | FH | university), preferably with a finance/business focus
- Ideally prior working experience in the finance area
- Very good communicational skills in German and English language
- Solid IT-skills, especially in MS Office and preferably in SAP and MS Sharepoint

The gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is grade level III, with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
