Your responsibilities and tasks:

- Collect training requirements from line organization and develop an annual training plan ensuring regular business process trainings and competency lift within the organisation
- Mentor and coach the line organization in business process management and its continuous improvement approach
- Define modular training concept allowing quick on boarding as well as for internal development and career moves
- Ensure that tools and processes are used according to standards and that best practices are transferred throughout the organisation by building on a key user and train-the-trainer framework
- Establish competence profiles framework and provide feedback with regards to data modelling, master data utilization, process usage, reporting
- Continuous alignment within COE on upcoming developments and changes to improve training materials.
- Involvement in project related to user training and testing
- Acts as a change agent to establish a learning culture

**About you**:

- MSc. in related field (Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Preferably Supply Chain professional training (APICS or similar)
- Strong end-to-end process understanding, analytical and prioritization skills
- Fluent written and verbal command of English
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Excellent SAP and Excel skills
- Excellent knowledge of improvement methodologies (e.g., TBW, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines

Following Austrian law regulations, we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 52.204 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
