**Wir erwarten uns**
- Einschlägige Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Key-Account-Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder Softwareentwicklung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Budgets und Timings
- Interdisziplinäre und teamübergreifende Organisation von Projekten
- Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und kooperative Auseinandersetzung mit Problemstellungen
- Idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen mit der Konzeption, Organisation oder Entwicklung von Website-Projekten
- Ein agiles, resilientes Mindset und Lust auf hervorragende Arbeit
- Gute Deutsch

**Dein Job**:
Als Project Manager:in bist du die organisatorische Drehscheibe außergewöhnlicher digitaler Projekte. In dieser Schlüsselposition gehst du proaktiv auf Developer:innen, Designer:innen, Tester:innen und Kund:innen zu, um sie zu Höchstleistungen zu motivieren und knifflige Situationen gemeinsam zu lösen. Auch die optimale User Experience liegt dir am Herzen. Es bringt dich nicht aus dem Konzept, Verantwortung für Budgets und Timings zu übernehmen und dabei auch in hektischen Momenten ein effizientes, menschliches und respektvolles Miteinander zu fördern. Gemeinsam mit deinen motivierten Kolleg:innen realisierst du aktuelle und zukünftige Best-Practices, während ihr euren Workflow stetig verbessert.
