**Ihr Profil**
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren oder stellvertretenden Position in der Mode-, Lifestyle-, oder Kosmetikbranche
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung des Flagship Stores auf der Mariahilferstrasse in Wien
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Warenpräsentation und Setzen neuer Akzente zur Steigerung des Umsatzes
- Vorbildfunktion für die Mitarbeiter durch aktiven Verkauf und Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Verkaufsstandards durch eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Initiative Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Aktivitäten und Organisation der Filialabläufe, sowie einer optimalen Warenwirtschaft auf der Fläche (ca. 400 m²)
- Aktives Arbeiten mit allen handels
- und branchenüblichen Kennzahlen (KPIs)
- Führung und Motivation des Teams im Flagship Store (1 Assistant Store Manager, Instore Visual Merchandiser und ca. 10-15 Mitarbeiter)
- Erstellen der Personaleinsatzplanung unter wirtschaftlichen Aspekten und Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und den Informationsfluss an das Filialteam, sowie den Retail Area Manager
- Recruiting, Einarbeitung, Coaching und die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
