Senior Product Designer

Your tasks:

- Create conceptual models, define workflows, enhance our information architecture, build user interfaces (including micro-interactions), and document UX requirements.
- Utilize research and user-centered design activities to bring clarity to user journeys in order to build better features and products.
- Leverage insights from user researchers and product analytics to continuously iterate and improve our product experience.
- Build prototypes to help identify the optimal experience and conduct iterative testing with users.
- Be responsible for design quality. Ensure viability of designs in partnership with product management and engineering to establish a high bar for the UX teams output.
- Evaluate our B2B & B2C user and business JTBD. Build on domain expertise and user insights to keep improving the products intuitiveness.
- Collaborate with other designers to define and document design styles, optimal patterns, and UI components.

Your skills:

- Ability to understand highly complex products and to create effective user interfaces and experiences.
- Work closely with user research and translate results from user tests and surveys.
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design and design rationale both verbally and visually (in English).
- Knowledge of User-Centered Design and UX methods such as Journey Mapping, Personas, Design Thinking, etc.
- Proficiency in relevant design, testing, and collaboration tools (i.e. Figma, Miro, etc).
- Understanding of the latest platform guidelines and design trends when designing for multiple platforms.

Lastly, we engage in rigorous analysis of our product to continually identify opportunities for improvement. Our salary range starts at EUR 50,000 gross per year.
