Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with SAP skills to join our finance team in Austria. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations for our Austrian business, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and optimizing our accounting processes.

You Will:
- Manage day-to-day accounting processes (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger) using SAP- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports- Perform VAT filing- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements- Ensure the integrity of the general ledger, implement strong internal controls, and manage cash flow and working capital- Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations, coordinate external audits- Contribute to the improvement of financial systems and processes

You have:
Essential- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- 5+ years of accounting experience- IFRS and Local GAAP- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI)- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Fluent German speaker- Competent English language skills (_B1+_)

Preferred- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)- Experience in market research or data analytics industry
